ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!

ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON TUESDAY JULY 28 AT THE COUCH CENTER ON THE OU CAMPUS (7am to 6pm).

AOU/COS 2015 Conference Registration

The registration system requires you to establish a user name and password. Hang on to this information because it will allow you to change your registration options up until relevant registration deadlines. So if you’re not sure about signing up for the Bird Jam, you can always come back later and add it to your selections.

OK, so the registration system will not let you add items to your agenda without registering again. That’s a bit of a bummer. But you can call 1-800-522-0772 ext. 2379, and conference services will add or remove whatever you want.

Attend the meeting and become a member!

This year, a membership in AOU and/or COS will get you a discounted registration fee for the 2015 conference. You can get your membership(s) either right now or immediately after you register and still qualify for the discount. Yes, we are trying to force you to become a member. The discount is quite significant (especially for students, who can join COS for $25), so please consider becoming a member and helping to keep our societies strong.

Early registration will be accepted through May 3, 2015. Until that time, registration fees will be as follows:

  • Non-member Registration – $395
  • Professional AOU or COS Member – $320
  • Student AOU or COS Member – $200

On 4 May, fees will increase to regular registration rates for non-members and professionals until May 20, 2015:

  • Non-member Registration – $475
  • Professional AOU or COS Member – $400
  • Student AOU or COS Member – still $200

Starting May 21, we will institute late registration fees:

  • Non-member Registration – $575
  • Professional AOU or COS Member – $500
  • Student AOU or COS Member – $300

On-line registration will close on July 27, but we will accept late registration at the registration desk for the duration of the meeting.

One-day registration will be available for $80, and guest registration is available for $100. Guest registration provides admission for a traveling companion to receptions, plenary talks, and poster sessions.

Using the Registration System

The online registration system should be fairly self-explanatory. Simply select the items you wish to pay for and they will be combined into a bill that you can pay online with a credit card or have sent to you in the mail.

Oops…Errors, refunds, and cancellations

If you made a mistake in your registration or if you need to change something, please contact OU registration and records at 1-800-522-0772 ext. 2379. If you need to cancel your registration altogether you can contact OU Conference services at 405 325 4318. Cancellations are subject to $40 processing fee, although we will make exceptions in some circumstances. Substitutions are encouraged as an alternative to cancellations. You can transfer your registration to another person by calling the 1-800 number above.

If, for any reason, the conference is cancelled, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
