This joint meeting is an international gathering of more than 500 attendees and is being sponsored by AOU and COS.
We invite you to exhibit at the 2015 AOU/COS Meeting to be held July 28th to August 2nd in Norman, OK at the University of Oklahoma. Exhibitors play an important role in our meetings and attendees will come seeking information about your organization!
Exhibits will be located in the Oklahoma Memorial Union where the socials, coffee breaks and poster sessions will be held. All exhibits will be table top displays based on “first come/first serve” selection. Set up will be on Wednesday, 29 July from noon until 4:00 pm, just in time for the poster session and social at 6:00 pm. Exhibits can be open all day Thursday and Friday with tear down Saturday, 1 August from 9:00 am-12:00 noon.
Commercial and non-profit exhibitors are encouraged to participate. The fee for a table top space is $500 for commercial businesses and $100 for non-profit and government organizations and includes one six-foot draped table. Conference registration is not included.
How to sign up to be an exhibitor – Exhibitor fees do not include meeting registration. When you go to the meeting registration page (link below), you can choose to register or, if you do not plan to take part in the meeting activities, you can select the “exhibitor only” option This will allow you to access the subsequent pages of the registration where you can indicate whether you are a commercial or commercial exhibitor and whether you will be reserving a room in the dormitory for your stay. You can register here. The number of exhibit tables available is limited, so please register your company/organization as soon as possible.
